High-Class Presentation Platform for Award-Winning Products

The IFA is the largest trade show open to the public featuring consumer electronics. With over 180,000m² of exhibit space, the Internationale Funkausstellung being held in Berlin, Germany from August 29 through September 3 will be welcoming visitors and exhibitors from around the world. For the first time ever, this year top consumer electronics brands and brands from the electrical household appliances industry will be presented on a broad scale just below the radio tower in Berlin.



This will mark the fourth time in a row that the Hall of Fame presented by the Plus X Award will show what premium first-rate technology has to offer. On more than 1,100m², top-notch products from the consumer electronics and the electrical household appliances industry will take center stage. Based on how successful last year's presentation was, the Hall of Fame will no doubt once again attract a large number of trade show visitors and media reporters this fall. Set prominently in Hall 7.1c, the Plus X Award is the uniting link between the exhibitors from the CE industry that traditionally take part at the IFA and manufacturers of “white goods”. The Plus X Award Contest had already set new standards back in 2005 when it created a platform for award-winning products from the electrical household appliances industry at the Internationale Funkaustellung - an absolute novelty up until that time in the history of the IFA. Just as they did last year, representatives from national and international print, radio, online and television media will report almost non-stop and in detail on the award-winning products. The members of the jury will be available to answer questions from the press to provide technical background knowledge about the awards.
